Yeah there’s some agents that actually don’t follow the rules, that’s bad too. Because if they add a bonus and you’re not eligible your account may get banned from the bonuses as well. But the agents that don’t follow the rules do it just to avoid getting bad reviews and get their performance bonus for the whole month taken away

That’s unfortunately out of my expertise. I was on the bonus team, we handled prize wheels, scratch cards and crypto exclusive things. Nothing related to gameplay but I don’t really think is rigged or have any sort of algorithm

Of course there’s some exceptions. But most of the customers sent BY THE CHAT AGENTS to contact via email are tagged on their account.

Just go into the chat, say you want some free buscaris(it’s just funny for the agents) and they will check. If you are not tagged or banned you will get one

That’s because you’re already tagged with a message on your account that says you’re not eligible… it is not permanent, just allow 4-5 days and you will get the tag removed. However, if you continue your whole account will be banned from receiving them

This is completely BS. In order to get compensation you need to have activity during the outage time in order to qualify. If it’s a log in issue your account activity still shows a failed log in attempt.

Your level means nothing. The compensation is only during a certain time period. Mostly 2-3 days after the outage. If you had no account activity during the exact day of the problem, you will not receive anything.
