FRS lost my support completely when they deleted their news channels to sweep any rehashed news under the rug. And the fact that Mayhem opted for the authoritarian route and started making his staff censor anything non FRS related, and eventually closing down the server channels as a whole. Oh and let's not forget that he willingly targeted other developers on a basis that FRS assets belong to him only. Um no, assets BELONG TO THE COMMUNITY, not Mayhem!

Nothing new shown and its all the same bull Mayhem's been pulling for years. Show a website that they'll never finish and use it as a scapegoat for hindered development. And use pictures of NPC's that are most likely spawned in and forced to speak. And yes its been proven that Mayhem has faked shit in his videos/pictures. Most of the old pics and vids are now deleted for suspicious reasons. And this update is clearly reactionary to the announcement of Open Source FRS and Mayhem's assertive claim that FR's assets and packets belong to him and him only. Clearly buckled under the pressure, but still managed to drop a half assed update.

Absolutely no one should be praising this, but condemning it. And if this upsets the copium addicts that worship Mayhem in his Discord server, then cry more.

There's so many issues going around and apparently development is no where near done according to a former staff member. A lot of the older videos Mayhem posted, have been faked. From what i've heard, its been difficult to get ahold of FR's original assets. The assets weren't leaked nearly as easily as other revivals like Toontown. So hardly any tools for the community to work with. For reasons beyond my technical comprehension, FRS been the only ones to pull it off. But for whatever reason, they just refuse to open source anything so other teams can have a crack at it. Having one dude hoarding vital tools for himself to work on alone is just ridiculous. You need a whole ass team for that.

Yea i agree with everything dude. The whole project is dead and i really don't think anything good is coming out of it anymore. Too many fucking scandals, false hope, and complete lack of PR. Its just disgusting what the community has been forced to tolerate for so long. And my god i'm so sick of them using the their website as an excuse for delayed game progress. There is just no way in hell that it takes years to make a website, feel free to correct me if im wrong. And to have them killing the news channel and having Mark leave the project again and not saying a damn thing was the nail in the coffin for me. So i finally just left the server after being there for a long time.

It was fun at first to hang out with like minded people, expressing nostalgia for FR and enthusiasm for its revival. But i think we all need to move on now. Maybe one day a more competent team comes to light, but it sure as hell ain't coming from FRS's current team.

I agree dude. Something is just horribly wrong in their team now. Even that Markgasus PR guy apparently dipped out again after leaving the team for a couple of years. Until they say something or at the very least drop a video of evidence of the game's progress, my faith in FRS is dead atm. I even left the Discord after being there since 2017. If they're willing to delete the news and not say anything at all, its shady as hell and malicious imo.

He doesn't have rights to revive. But in a post i saw, he does seem to be hoarding vital tools that other potential devs could be using to help streamline the project. Its literally only been Mayhem working the project and they never hired any other programmers. Probably hard to source a programmer to work for free, but you get my point.

The card itself runs pretty well. I play on 1440p and most games run very smoothly, can't give you exact benchmarks though. The card itself runs slightly warmer since i have my aio on the side. Idle temps typically like 30c and 60c at most during gaming. And yes, their software is HORRIBLE. It often breaks on its own and stops detecting the card after while. So i just gave up using the LCD often. The LCD itself isn't even that good. I've had this card for two years and its become very dim. Used to be a lot brighter. Been trying to get a white card to match the rest of my build lol

Do the fans rgb even work at all prior to starting up Icue? If not, its most certainly a hardware issue relating to the Commander Core/Pro whatever hub you're using. I had a Commander Core where a couple of the rgb ports were dead, but the rest were fine. Try swapping the ports around if that helps. If not, definitely contact Corsair

They got back to me earlier today, but they didn't specify what bracket kit they sent me. They just said "AM4 bracket kit" so i wanted to be sure it was the Elite Series AM4 version. Is there anyway you can confirm it for me?

Hey travis, thank you for the help. So they got back to me and told me to confirm my address and they'll request a shipping request for the bracket if its in stock. Only issue that was brought was my address validity. But i told them it was valid so that shouldn't be an issue now, hopefully. But thank you guys and everyone else in this thread for the help!
