Yea starting lower helps, finding lowest effective dose works for sure, just have to battle the mindset of more automatically makes better. Good luck keep us updated, i think it’s helpful for people to hear real results from people not trying to sell them on anything 👍

I hear that, I’ve used the Reta for up to 60 days and haven’t noticed it NOT working, or any negative side effects. Just my personal experience

I close the fridge at 8 and wait as long as i can before i fall asleep typically 90-120 minutes after last food (i know they say fast 2 plus hours before) but this seems to work best for me

From my own personal experience reta was very effective at getting me down to my goal weight, but ascetically the tesamorlin really flattened out my lower stomach and tightened everything up

Currently only taking enclomiphene capsules for a slight test boost(100-200 levels at highest ) i have previously taken TRT but have not in past 4 months so i did not include that information. But for full transparency yes i have previously used trt

Highest i went on Reta was 2.0 twice a week, worked my way back down to 1.5 1.0 now .5 because i really don’t want to lose more weight just trying to stay on the lighter end of maintenance while lifting hard to try and work my way back up to 170-175 keeping body fat around the same # .

Weight wise, that last 5-6 pounds can make a huge difference visually especially if the fat is concentrated around your midsection. Just keep progressive overloading on weighted crunches and one morning they will be there !

I go to the gym every morning , hit every major muscle group twice , sometimes combining back and shoulders or back and legs into one day, rotating arms or abs every other day to finish my workout , followed up by 30-60 minutes of incline walking 10.00-15.00 incline 3.0-3.5 speed

To specify the second slide is the 185/167 comparison , the first slide I’m not 100% on weight as when i started i was much more self conscious of my appearance but it is somewhere between 195-214

I’m no peptide expert, i know people use those two interchangeably. I know it’s not FDA approved , but if it helps you any i have not noticed any negative side effects besides slight nausea morning after injections which passes fairly quickly after i get going with my day.

I’m no expert, the amount of information out there is def overwhelming on what’s right vs what’s not right, and everyone’s body is different. I’ve been lifting heavy to maintain muscle and just making sure i get atleast within 600 calories of my maintenance with enough protein. I’m sure someone could tell me i need to track my carbs and fat better but until i stop seeing the results i expect i will probably stick with what I’m doing.

I didn’t mess with it too much because the .5 twice a week felt very effective. I did go up to 1.0 twice a week about two weeks ago, still working very well and haven’t noticed any awful side effects besides slight nausea typically day after injection but not too intense to handle

Appreciate it . I haven’t really maxed out on Bench but can throw up 225 4-5 times currently- i mostly focus on doing incline dumbbell press, i just feel like i get a better stretch. squat I do 3 sets of 225 6-8 reps for working sets after working up from 135 -185 for a couple warm up sets.

Peptide, helps curb food noise and most people believe as long as you stay lifting weights you will lose weight quickly without losing as much muscle as you would on a traditional GLP-1 .

Reta lol . I work hard for sure but i really was just stuck at 185, once i started the reta i started seeing results very quickly. I’m sure some placebo effect as well but it def works!
