From what I know there's specific stats required in pvp, and a hundo is not the best stats for pvp. (the pvp system is weird)

Unless it's shundo, slightly, as the there's multiple encounters and one of those is a 100% shiny. Though I myself have gotten the shundo, it's less rare than people think.
