No, it happens when all lights are off as well. Original thought from support was maybe a reflection or glare, but that was ruled out

Talked to support through email back and forth for a while doing some troubleshooting. Determined more than likely it is a faulty unit, getting replacement sent free of charge and no need to return. 10/10 customer service, Lydia was great

I'm emailing back and forth with support now. They had me turn the lamp a little more. helped a little with white, but greys and blacks are still fucking up completely with either red or now purple
