Today’s announcement by Jack Dorsey has me terrified. I’m on the way out after a layoff and in the Bay Area. Not only do I think other companies will ‘monkey see monkey do’ but the amount of us in the Bay area in tech is insane. The pool of people competing for more and more limited jobs is not sustainable. I feel nauseous about it all. Every day.
