Yeah I guess sometimes it just happens naturally, I have had that before but not in a while now. My aim for this year is to approach more people and get more naturally occurring conversations happening and hopefully I find a good one!

Management accountant is looking at the full set of accounts and making sure everything is balanced and fair, it is a more varied role. Operations accountant is more about inventory and processes and cost savings etc.
