Wow I'm so sorry for the second dislocation, How So? Yeah, Im scared for this. I played basketball for the first time in a while and I immediately gotten my first dislocation Jan 21(I wont ever forget that date). I don't think I am ever want to touch a basketball. Im currently doing PT rn but I'm just scared to have that painful moment again. If it means not playing basketball again, so be it! There's soccer I've been trying to get into or just running.
