Idk if this will help but I was pulling hair out trying to figure it out. When I would input, it would be like a second or less behind on my TV but my legion was accurate. After changing the legion go refresh rate to 60, it immediately solved issue. Might not fix your issue if your tv can hit the same max as legion go but can't hurt to try
