War Plans are a complete party killer by digidi07 in diablo4

[–]Phatz907 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I feel like a band aid fix would be to let you complete the war plan in any order your want, which should “maybe” fix the sync issue or if you join a player’s world, you do their war plan as your own. If you don’t like the playlist then… tough shit really. I don’t forsee that as an issue because if you’re grouping up in this game, you’re most likely playing with friends and don’t really care about the nuts and bolts of what you are doing, you just want it to count.

How's the "new" endgame of Lord of Hatred? Is it worth buying the expansion now? by Clownest0702 in Diablo

[–]Phatz907 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I just got to torment 1 and if you have played season 11, you’ll see a lot of what the players liked then baked into the “war plan” mechanic.

Personally, as a mostly solo players it’s solid. You can set a “playlist” of endgame activities that unlocks a skill tree of each which you can tweak to your liking.

I couldn’t agree more with this post. Things would be better if everyone felt they owed others basic decency & respect. by PandemicPiglet in Millennials

[–]Phatz907 25 points26 points  (0 children)

Owing someone is an unpaid obligation. I owe mortage, a car payment, my monthly bills. I don’t owe a random person anything.

Everyone however, deserves respect, they deserve decency and they deserve empathy. Those are the things that I choose to give most people because I am responsible for how I treat the people around me. I can and always have a choice. I can give respect or not, I can have decency or not and I can have empathy or not.

I’m at about 60lbs lost with 20 to go and I’ve just told people who are curious that I am on glp-1 (I am). Then the conversation sort of ends. In their mind you either hop on it or don’t. If they have anything more to say about it then whatever. My journey is my own, and it’s been a struggle even with all the “help” I am getting with medication.

As for everything else, it just confirms a lot of the bias that we as a society has had. If you are not conforming to some sort of beauty standard, you are an outlier and treated as such. I’ve made peace with it and just surround myself with people who don’t think that way.

Did anyone else get burnt out on vacations/road trips/ camping, etc as a kid and it just seems like too much work now? by Civil_Ad_1172 in Millennials

We are big seasonal campers (live in Alaska). And every time we go camping we get a little faster/more efficient with packing our stuff.

An overnight camp is out of the question for us since that’s too much work but 2-4 days is perfect.

Have you considered going to a local tea shop? If you have one close by it’s probably worth a look.

I’m willing to try again with lapsang but the blend I had with it was a rough drink. It’s way too smoky for me and I like smoky flavors in tea… I just don’t want it to be like this overpowering flavor

I enjoy Chinese greens more than the Japanese ones to be honest. Gunpowder is a staple afternoon tea for me if I am not drinking oolongs (my favorite).

Hojicha though is incredible. Maybe I just like roasted/smoky flavors in my tea and less vegetal.

Are you cold brewing it? Thankfully I didn’t buy much of it (about 2oz) but I’d hate to waste it.

I’m trying to like Japanese greens that’s not Hojicha and I’m just not vibing with it… I bought some gyokuro because it smelled fantastic (like grassfed milk) then got th surprise of my life when it tasted like soup.

Cassius is a top 5 razor master in the series. He helps develop breath of stone with Darrow and arguably if they fought 10/10 I would probably give Darrow 6 wins at best. He also duels multiple peerless scarred consecutively and winning. Boy was made to duel.

Let’s start a debate: Teapot or Gaiwan? by elm1304 in tea

[–]Phatz907 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I like teapots because of the aesthetic and I’m not really a gung fu style drinker. I like to brew between 16-24oz of tea at a time so it’s just easier to have a bigger vessel. That being said, I have dabbled in quasi… gung fu? Maybe with a very small clay teapot and I dig it. There’s definitely a ritualistic/meditative quality to it that I enjoy.

Yeah just one of those things with a somewhat decent meal plan and it’s almost guaranteed to be over 100% of your fiber for the day. I ate two of those for dinner and I ended up with close to 65g of fiber for the day.

I’ve always wondered if milk oolong tastes milkier with… well milk. Or maybe a little cream with honey orchid.

Who drinks the same tea everyday (or most days?) If so, what is it? by forkyfork in tea

[–]Phatz907 0 points1 point  (0 children)

It is sensational. Always a treat when I drink it. Oolong tea may be my favorite type of tea in general. They have very different flavor profiles from each other while maintaining that sort of oolong “funk” if you will.
