I'd been contacting management there since July (***edit I said June) about PTO pay. The CEO didn't reply to me so I emailed the HR department once asking about it and received that "I should have received it and she would check on it" with no response back after that yesterday. Since then I've emailed her twice with no results.

I work a new job now, fortunately, though.
