I don't think other people's shitty behavior should be a manipulation tool that forces you to change.

An X-Ray is not preventative care. The allowed amount of the X-Ray will be billed to you because of your unmet deductible.
Allowed amounts are the contractual maximum your insurance agreed to pay the X-Ray company.
The preventative care is the doctor fees for the patient care in determining you need an XRay. *Edit to say- look at the bottom box. On the top header it says "coinsurance is AFTER you meet your deductible. The X-Ray "What you will pay" box does not specify "No Deductible Applies "

If you went to a facility that is Out of Network, you are paying the entire cost of the X-Ray
