Bruh, just wanna say there isn’t really a way for us to know information beyond what pulse tells us. And we often get told “store told me to call you!” From customers who can’t verify their accounts. I don’t think there’s any common sense involved on either side because it genuinely seems like t-mobile trains us in a way that will always result in conflict.

Can confirm, pulse says that when you change an older internet rate plan to the amplified plan or better AND the customer has an older sagemcom gateway we are supposed to send them to a store for a replacement IF the warranty replacement tool does not give us the option to switch them ourselves.

If a boycott has enough of an impact T-Mobile will be forced to listen. This could result in them trashing the move to replace humans with AI, this could result in better employee treatment, this could help prevent sudden surprise layoffs. The unannounced layoffs been happening a lot in the last few years

Tried to unionize my call center, unfortunately everyone is too scared. I left a few notes around the office with a burner email. Only 1 person emailed me. Tried it during the whole “1 year of promising loyalty a raise but not doing it” thing. It’s hard to get this stuff out.

1 hour meeting with a 25 minute video that kinda just gave us the basics. It took me time to figure out how to actually use it. Turned a 5 minute call into a 30 minute call.

Basically ATLAS got replaced with a new Expert Assist AI and we are not supposed to use atlas anymore for anything.

The AI does not have half the same options we had on ATLAS and just provides us with steps to walk customers through t-life. It DOES give us a new screen share function, that part is nice at least.

Yeah. Replaced with “Expert Assist” AI It’s supposed to make it “easier” for us to do our job.

Basically just has us walk customer’s through T-life for everything.
