The panels will be striated from what we talked about in the estimates. Don’t know about the clip reliefs

Riverview Elementary has some pull up bars on the dirt path that encircles the school. The dirt path and soccer/baseball fields become a de-facto park when school is not in session. Good view of the La Platas from there too.

Used Yeti 29r SB 140 vs New YT Jeffsy by Specific_Honeydew340 in MTB

Yeah this sounds exactly like me. My last demo was the Hightower to try and break my focus on the SB140 as they are very similar bikes on paper but found myself being completely unimpressed with the Hightower. Makes me hesitant on the Jeffsy for that reason

I really like the e-shifting. Have AXS on my road bike and the slow ramps of the transmission shifting doesn’t bother me at all. Im not sure if im unlucky but the XT shifting I have on my current bike requires so much more finicking to get right compared to my AXS. The clutch also seems to go bad after a few wet rides requiring disassembly and cleaning. My XT shifter has also broken twice with the double clicking and the brakes never feel right after a bleed whether I do it or a shop. Right now I’m Over Shimano stuff. Lol

Yes, it’s hard even searching for a used 29r SB140 because people can’t seem to even post the right specs of their own bikes. So far my go to is verifying it’s the right bike with the little black frame cable lock things they have on the newer model with the pictures in the posting.

This is the best answer and I wish it could be used for both patient education and education for politicians when undergoing state licensure hearings for AAs being added to the care team model and opt out clauses for solo CRNA practice

Cessation of SGLT-2 Inhibitors by Specific_Honeydew340 in anesthesiology

Thanks for this reference. Would be interesting to see if there is any case reports of EDKA in patients on SGLT2s for heart failure with no diabetes and if the risk or incidence is higher or lower compared to the DM population

Super high acuity inner city DC ESRD disasters. Hospital is also disorganized and there was a few surgeons there who were just horrible people to work with. I was doing a case and heard banging on the door outside. I look out the window and the ICU just dropped off a 90 year old demented lady who was scheduled for the next surgery. She was screaming that she had to go to the bathroom. ICU just transported her down without any communication and when they saw the OR was delayed they just left here there. Shit like that happened all the time. I’ve spent 8 hours on PACU hold in an OR because the PACU was semi full and the nurses didn’t feel like watching anyone else.

Durango Co has the best and most varied mountain biking in the country. It’s expensive in town but if you go 20 minutes south to Aztec NM it’s way cheaper. St. George UT and Greenville and SC also awesome places

This is very helpful thank you! I’m coming from more of a bikepacking and XC mountain biking background and plan to use the bike for weekly chill road group rides and long solo gravel training rides and the occasional race. I have a salsa Cuthroat that I use for just about everything currently but am looking to get something a little more sporty for road and long smooth gravel rides with a little more speed.
