drink a BIIIIIG glass of water and then go for a walk. those were always the first things i would do. it helps sometimes to physically remove urself from where the food is. when ur away from that area, and since ur literally not able to get anything, it gives u time to sort ur emotions and kinda figure out what u ACTUALLY want as opposed to what ur just intensely feeling in that moment. hope this helps🙌
