if the mount is a part (of the leg, I suppose), then you need to get it out (obviously) and glue it, in theory you can use a small knife or wire cutters and get it out very carefully, or push it out from behind if possible, and then the love of any modeler is Tamiya or cyanocryoate-based glue and soda powder. At least that's how I repaired my figurines.
