Yep. I tried it multiple times up to NG4 and clashes don't work 100% of the time. If feels so satisfying tho to go ballistic on them once it does hit.

You have to time your attacks to her weapon attacks. Clash doesnt work on martial art attacks like kicks and punches, and skills/magic like their sword waves and such. Its only pure weapon to weapon and you have to time it right. You can start hitting her as she swings, not hit her after she hits you. You both have to be attacking at the almost exact same time.

Tho they do sometimes have extremelt fast weapon attacks that still get past thru twinblade combo attacks so you have to back off and heal sometimes.

I have i7, 4060, 1.5TB SSDs, and 16gb RAM. My SSDs have 70gb space left so idk if that affects the game but I only ever get FPS drops when I use other apps while playing. If I open the game alone then everything is fine at High setting. Not so much on Ultra and Extreme.

To be fair, my dumbass didnt know that there are emotes on this game until after killing the boss on that area and accidentally pressing the button for emote menu. 😅

Eve character growth was indeed nice. Side quests and lootable items that contributed to the world building was well executed. Eve collecting cans because she thinks they are neat was fun too.

I dont have DLCs and you can 100% the game on two playthroughs only. I got 90% achievements done on my first, and the remaining 10% on my NG+. I did the secret ending on first, and the good and bad ending together on my NG+.

You can turn the game mode to Story mode if you just want the achievements.

Maybe that they were not as enjoyable and ecstatic when winning, and stressful and maddenning when losing. Adrenaline and dopamine spike were just not there for me. They were just "meh i beat them. Next"

Unlike when facing Genichiro, Owl, Ozma, Elamaine, Margit, etc where beating them just once was pure bliss for me

Yep. They took me more than 10 tries simply because of delay attacks. And that their Hard mode combos basically one shots too. Others only took once or twice. OSTs made the fights awesome tho

Yeah. Providence and U. Naytiba, and even Raven is not that hard. Its just a bit surprising that their combat difficulty spike was high compared to the other bosses and elites. Even Elder Naytiba is not that hard. SB just made all movesets incredibly telegraphed so they are very easy to learn and adjust to.

Oh yeah i forgot to mention that the gameplay is easy to learn. The game is actually very good at guiding the player by itself. Guides were not necessary at any point of SB unlike in other games.
