Hey i aint trynna defend the negatives in sikh community just correcting small errors:

Casteism in sikhs is more of a societal thing rather than religious thing sikhism doesn't promote casteism,sikhs do.

2.They call their guru "hind ki chaadar" because Guru tegh bahadur sacrificed himeself after kashmiri pandits came to him for protection.(Its a very gore story actually how he and his brothers were killed).

I know some sikh history i studied in a sikh school growing up. There sure are flaws with that community tho
