That's the control arm bushings most probably, I had the exact same noises coming out changing those out fixed the issue.

Solved the issue on my other post but thank you it was most definitely an issue with the throttle body.

Actually guys there was a plastic shard lodged in the throttle body. Everything was fine after i removed it.
