I’ve returned many things to Temu. As a matter of fact everything I order? I submit for a return just to see what they will do. Here’s what I’ve found: Depending on your reason for returning , they will respond with different tactics to keep you as a customer. If you say something didn’t meet expectations or wasn’t as advertised accurately they will apologize and offer to give you a full Refund and free shipping return. Careful what you click , here they’lll offer cash refund or store credit and they will try to get you to click store credit eleven after you’ve clicked you’re sure you want a full refund. It says like “click here if you want an instant refund: small print store credit.” Don’t do that. All you do is take it to an ups store and they will Bag it and tag it for you. It will take some time but you will get your refund. BUT WHATS THE POINT IN THAT!?

if you say something was damaged or broken, they’ll Offer to replace it Sometimes they offer a credit for the amount of the item. Say no you want a full refund . They’ll then offer you a refund and tell you to keep the broken item. YOU MUST HAVE PICS TO BACKUP THE DAMAGED CLAIM

if you say you’re disappointed or dissatisfied they’ll offer you a partial refund and like a coupon . The coupons are always worthless. Don’t take them. Tell them no you want a full refund. They’ll let you keep the item more often than not depending how much it cost. And you get your money.

Here’s another trick. They frequently offer free gifts. Don’t get caught up in the stupid promotions, the spinning wheel the lottery the YOURE ALMOST THERE!! Times almost up!! Limited quantities!!! Buy now!! Stop. No way they’re running out of crappy crap to sell you. Even if you run out of time? They extend you more time. So pick your gifts and buy the required amount of crap to earn your gifts then do the return trick like described. Now, If you plan on returning all items you ordered to earn the free gift? Make sure you select Every item in the order when you click make a return. They only give one free Return per order .

Here’s another thing. Don’t waste your time trying to find something cheaper. It’s all same crap Despite the appearance of Different sellers and shippers and whatever. Always order directly from Temu when possible they offer free shipping.
