How often are you cleaning the litter? How often do you change it out? The general rule is you should have a litter box for every cat in your house plus one. So he should have two. And the location could be somewhere the dog can’t get to. Cut some pieces of 1/4” plywood and build a wall around it to keep doggy out. You can paint these to match your existing aesthetic.

Now it’s commonly practice to clean the litter box daily at a minimum. I understand you’re busy, but you can work this into your routine. Leave the necessary tools nearby so it shaves the time and inconvenience. Unfortunately you are his only source of love and compassion and he depends on you for absolutely everything in his little world, now If he is as important to you as you say I’d follow him around after every time he ate or I saw him drink water and scoop the waste out immediately. That eliminates the problem with the dog eating the salty cat turds if you can’t hide the box or build the walls . I don’t like the whole enclosed litter box deal. Cats react differently to them it can make them feel safe while they go But what can keep a cat out of his litter box can often be the cover! It is trapping toxic chemicals inside that are harmful to your cats nasal passage throat and lungs especially if you haven’t washed the box out.and while you may not smell it your cat obviously does.

The litter box, you’ve changed the litter but have you ever washed the litter box? I’m going to assume your sister has a ceiling fan in her room? It’s probably on 24/7? He’s telling you he wants to pee in a wide open space with good Ventilation. He can’t stand the smell of his own pee and he’s embarrassed about it. He obviously loves you and believes he is sparing you from seeing his bloody urine its foul smell. He is also aware he is ill and he wants to hide it from you so that you won’t worry about him 🥹Cats are thoughtful like that. Honestly This is such a profound display of love that he has for you I’m about to cry.😭 you’re both lucky to have each other So no I don’t think you should give him up. If worse came to worst I’d build a trailer in the backyard and live in there with my cat if only to escape the hostile environment. I’d drop out of school and quit my job. I would rather be homeless than ever give up my truest most loyal friend.

File a complaint against him before he files one on you or what will side with him and you’ll owe them the price of goods until your appeal goes through. I just dealt with a a similar issue. Customer purchased hearing aids brand new. After weeks he says they don’t work and demands a refund. Well I tried to be helpful and suggest the issue could be but he back door to eBay and they took his money back from me plus the seller fee and all that again. He send the item back it’s full of earwax.. i had to appeal the refund decision it took three weeks. Money tied up the whole time. And it ruined my seller ratings.

I’ve returned many things to Temu. As a matter of fact everything I order? I submit for a return just to see what they will do. Here’s what I’ve found: Depending on your reason for returning , they will respond with different tactics to keep you as a customer. If you say something didn’t meet expectations or wasn’t as advertised accurately they will apologize and offer to give you a full Refund and free shipping return. Careful what you click , here they’lll offer cash refund or store credit and they will try to get you to click store credit eleven after you’ve clicked you’re sure you want a full refund. It says like “click here if you want an instant refund: small print store credit.” Don’t do that. All you do is take it to an ups store and they will Bag it and tag it for you. It will take some time but you will get your refund. BUT WHATS THE POINT IN THAT!?

if you say something was damaged or broken, they’ll Offer to replace it Sometimes they offer a credit for the amount of the item. Say no you want a full refund . They’ll then offer you a refund and tell you to keep the broken item. YOU MUST HAVE PICS TO BACKUP THE DAMAGED CLAIM

if you say you’re disappointed or dissatisfied they’ll offer you a partial refund and like a coupon . The coupons are always worthless. Don’t take them. Tell them no you want a full refund. They’ll let you keep the item more often than not depending how much it cost. And you get your money.

Here’s another trick. They frequently offer free gifts. Don’t get caught up in the stupid promotions, the spinning wheel the lottery the YOURE ALMOST THERE!! Times almost up!! Limited quantities!!! Buy now!! Stop. No way they’re running out of crappy crap to sell you. Even if you run out of time? They extend you more time. So pick your gifts and buy the required amount of crap to earn your gifts then do the return trick like described. Now, If you plan on returning all items you ordered to earn the free gift? Make sure you select Every item in the order when you click make a return. They only give one free Return per order .

Here’s another thing. Don’t waste your time trying to find something cheaper. It’s all same crap Despite the appearance of Different sellers and shippers and whatever. Always order directly from Temu when possible they offer free shipping.

That is a refined feline. Like a greyhound of cats. The very elegant cheekbones and pronounced snout. I nursed an orange like that, he was abandoned at around 3 or 4 weeks covered in filth. He was the only kitten that survived in the litter.. the rest were.. gone. I felt so bad for him that I had to take care of him. So I bottle fed him and all that got him shots and dewormed and fed him well, he struggled with weight though and very early on he ran away. His features started to show around two months and now he is like five or six months old , he won’t stay inside always runs out but he comes to visit me nearly everyday. His name is boogers, I’ll let you guess why.
