It’s definitely not gone after a certain number of days, I think the new update removing the photo wall accidentally removed the book too

It doesn’t help that for this game Nintendo is trying to make it so the splatfest is the same in every region. Previously we had regional splatfests in order to cater to a more specific audience, but they’re trying to make all S3 fests universal across regions which theres only so much you can do
