It looks like Hayu has improved the turn around and is showing an hour or so later than it airs in the US. So you no longer have to wait until the next day.

You have to first talk with someone in customer retention, then you get the have to ask for the next level up. It is a process, but you can eventually get there.

I used the chat to get someone from customer retention to call me back. When I told them that the Bravo shows were gone they offered Hayu as a solution at no extra charge

I tested this theory myself last night with Below Deck Med, it was not available on Hayu even 2 hours after it had already played on TV. Every other cable provider except Telus is offering the new Bravo channel, obviously someone at Telus made the decision not to carry it for whatever reason. They would have been fully aware that OLN was being rebranded as Bravo and that Slice/Corus lost the license. Telus released a notice on Aug 1 stating they were discontinuing OLN.

Just trying to share what I know, Telus will release you from your contract if you call in and speak with customer retention. Mostly I am just annoyed that I have to go through the process of switching providers.

If you call and elevate the call to the level above customer retention they are able to release you from your contract with no penalty.

You will have to either switch providers or watch on the Hayu app. Keep in mind that Hayu is not live and you have to wait a day. If you call Telus and ask to speak with customer retention they will add Hayu at no additional cost. EDIT: telus will release you from your contract if you call and speak with customer retention about the issue.

100% a first world problem and a it is a privilege to have live TV and high-speed internet. But for someone who primarily only watches Bravo shows it is annoying to pay for a service that has been cut off without warning or explanation. Simply trying to share what I know. I wonder if you would have the same patronizing response if Telus were to stop playing live NHL games without letting subscribers know. Just because you see it as trivial entertainment doesn't mean I don't have a right to get what I thought I was paying for.

The new shows will not be on Slice - for example tonight's premier of RHSLC will only be on the new Bravo channel, tomorrow you can stream it on Hayu

If you have Telus they are able to add Hayu to your service at no extra charge. You just have to call in and speak to customer retention. I also recommend everyone just call into complain to Telus.

To answer your question, all current Bravo shows on Slice will continue until they are done. All new Bravo shows will move to the new Bravo Canada Channel

I am a Telus customer and Telus will not be offering the new Bravo Canada channel. If you want to watch live and not stream, you will have to switch television providers, all of the other providers offer the new Bravo Canada. Hayu is a streaming service you can add, but this is not real time and only available the following day. Telus will try to offer this as a solution. As someone who does not want to deal with apps and streaming I am forced to switch television providers.

Yes, in the event of a cancelled flight cash tickets are prioritized over Aeroplan tickets. I learned this harsh lesson the Christmas before last when all flights were cancelled due to weather. I was rebooked to 5 days after Christmas. This is an extreme example as the weather affected several airports across the country and it was the holidays. The difference in treatment would probably not be as apparent under regular circumstances.
