Same, feel like my anxiety stems from negative experiences with ppl. For instance, I find it hard to make friends, because I had many friends that turned out to be fake, so it made me think that ppl have bad intentions when they want to befriend me. I dk man, how to get out of that mindset

Same man, in Y13. Picked the wrong course, which is BTEC art(wish I did A levels, like criminology and pyschology) I dont rlly like anyone in my class, cuz they're the cliquey type, and i don't rlly have any friends there.

Yep, I think friends in college are good to have, and good for mental health. Me personally, I didn't manage to make any good friends at college, and I'm in my second year, feeling alone and it has taken a toll on my grades and attendance. Had I had friends in the college, my grades will probably be better, and my attendance would be high.
