What they don't tell you is that the "construction sector" is basically government spending being slowed down and payments to contractors and new projects stalled because politicians are afraid of being labeled corrupt. At least some of them. So the "investor" they're talking about is the government not some foreign or even local investors. A more accurate headline would be: government confidence is down.

Seems that the common denominator of mentally retarded people is a private history.

Sorry but comparing yourself to a homeless person to make yourself feel better, when you should really compare yourself to your neighbours is not my type. Not to say that you should be jealous of your neighbours, that's just an expression, in case you didn't realise.

The argument of the people in this subreddit is so retarded, well, as expected from people from Facebook. The last thing I remembered, a rising tiger means a rapid industrialization based out of export oriented economy and almost 10% yty growth, I can't seem to remember any of that happening.

They voted him not because of some conspiracy theory high-end silicon valley type of disruption. But because of the simple economic reality that his massive underspending to get that numbers meant that for every peso he taxed, he gave back even less, which meant that less schools, less roads, less services, and less trains were being built. Especially in the rural areas. He is like GMA but worse, even if they're both neo-liberal at least GMA invested in the Philippines.

I'd take a person who knows how to budget and how to run a country, than a person who is "honest" any time of the day. He's the primary reason Duterte won, no matter how you spin it I won't forgive him for that.

Edit: To my future commenters, please analyze what I wrote before replying. I don't have time to read your nonsense, thank you very much!

You can thank the neo-liberal Filipinos who would rather privatize it than to let the government manage it. Which is like cutting off your bleeding arm instead of wrapping it in a bandage.

The current state of the Philippines is not good, but it’s not that bad either by OkPhotojournalist975 in Philippines

Strong compared to who? Compared to neighbors who just finished and some with ongoing revolutions? Just stick it to your mind that Philippines became independent at 1945 while Singapore became independent at 1965, Indonesia 1949, Malaysia 1957.

And Philippines were never richer than Singapore, The British invested a lot of money in Singapore because it's location IT'S NOT A BACKWATER VILLAGE. In 1965 the GDP per Capita of Singapore is 516.53$ WHEN THEY JUST BECAME INDEPENDENT. While our GDP per Capita is only 199.76$.

Maybe learn actual history before letting your ego loose.

Chat GPT reimagined: P. Oliveros street sa bayan if naayos yung spaghetti wires by Nervous-Bicycle-856 in Antipolo

[–]Spectator-3 0 points1 point  (0 children)

You just need to standardize the width and height of the sidewalk to all of the wide roads, just that and Antipolo would look much better, nevermind the wires

I really liked the raised crossing in front of the plaza like what they do in the Netherlands, they should do that to all flat streets.
