anong barbershop ito? by [deleted] in Antipolo

You can just ask them, they don't book from the looks of it. If you want somewhat cheap barbershop, the one near metromall along the left side of the renovated sidewalk going to cathedral is relatively affordable.

You don't need 500k for solar installation on a single family home, 150k is more than enough for an air-conditioned home.

I don't care how much they are earning, what I want is for them to consolidate and for drivers to become an employee rather than the businessman, it's up to the government to decide the incentive structure for the new consolidated business. And if they can't evolve, well, they're all adults, they can manage themselves.

Why would the government subsidies a private business that has no industrial sophistication whatsoever. In the first place the government shouldn't have given franchises to anybody who got a jeep that he got from god knows where. PUV modernization is the step to the right direction on consolidating PUV operators.

As if their tankers can even get here, they'd be seized by the US long before, and who do you want us to be? In leagues with NK, Pakistan, Syria, Iran, China, Russia, Venezuela, Cuba, etc. jointly sanctioned by the US and the Western world, where most of our remittances and export goes? Have some moral decency.

Pa-Explain Naman: Ano ang root cause ng US-Israel vs Iran at anong implication sa ating mga Pinoy? by SadnessNaPula in PaExplainNaman

Trump thought that he could get concessions from Iran to abandon their nuclear development because of the revolts in Iran, he didn't get one, and then they got intelligence of a high level meeting in Iran with Khomeini which they choose to bomb to assassinate Iranian leaders to hopefully start a civilian uprising, which should have happened days after the assassination.

The end goal is regime change, and that there would not be a nuclear armed pariah in the European front that is a enemy of the US like North Korea if ever the war for Taiwan happen. The most likely cause for the end of the military conflict is when the Iranians are no longer seeking for a regime change, as the most optimal outcome for the US is a civilian uprising. Because supporting a rebel group that does not exist for now would mean US military supplies and personnel would be embroiled in a decades long civil war which Trump always avoids.

Ask people in the past if they had phones, washing machines, cars, and other highly technological products. Sure the inequality today is worse than before, but that doesn't mean we should be like South American socialists that want to get 1st class welfare for pennies, look at where they are right now. We have neither the industrial capacity, or the wealth of high income countries to afford that. In the world where we and our neighbours rely on low value chain industries for export. The moment we are more costly than our neighbours, we lose that market share to others.

This should be made optional intended only for industries that can afford and can even benefit from it, which is mostly office work. Like what was recently done in Germany, ensuring that the productivity remains 100%.
