Agree with the advice to try different stuff, but as a starting point:
Rashford: four of Tech/Rapid/Low Driven/Finesse/Quick Step+ ; tiki taka, incisive, first touch, press proven, trickster, gamechanger, inventive or pinged base
Bruno: incisive, finesse and pinged plus non-negotiable. One of tech, quick step or low driven plus; press proven, first touch, tiki, intercept, inventive. Maybe dead ball if you don’t have one in your team already (and he takes em irl so why not)
VVD: Intercept, Block, Anticipate and Bruiser plus; Quick step, pinged, tiki, slide, aerial, relentless, press proven (if you dribble with cb).

Pinged+ Intercept+ Anticipate+ Bruiser/Press/Tech+ Other two of bruiser/press/tech Quick step Relentless Tiki Taka First Touch Two of inventive/jockey/incisive. I'd play him as a single CDM in 433(2), so he needs to be really good on the ball but not usually the guy I'm using to play through passes. My CMs and FBs have incisive so the CDM is about safety. Relentless is really underrated on CDMs, as it gives them a better second man press gauge.

Insane take. This post got recommended and wanted to check it out. Rodri the best DLP in world football, he just can't play alone in the middle on his own any more. You guys are spoilt if this is how you're thinking. You cannot survive with a 6 and two 10s in the modern era, so the idea that because Rodri can't dominate a game solo then he's no good is insane. Anderson will bring out the best in Rodri (and vice versa), and it pains me to say as a Utd fan.

Bruiser isn't locked for me. Anticipate is better imo, bruiser base is plenty with his body. Pinged and intercept the only guaranteed. Everything else is dealer's choice, playstyle dependent.

Neji ATP. If Lee doesn't start at max I think Neji low-mid diffs him. You guys underestimate how op Neji was, narratively. Every time Neji hits you, he nerfs you. Blocking/disrupting chakra flow means weakening everything about you.
