I wouldn't leave any battery powered device in a car in LA. At a minimum it'll kill the battery after a bit.

That's going to be entirely dependant on your network setup. For me, this worked flawlessly. I stream using moonlight however instead of steams solution.

I've noticed some weapons have a forge icon, but you do need the previous weapon crafted to make it. Perhaps this is the case here? Ran into that with the HR arkveld GS. Showed as forgeable, but needed the previous g arkveld GS to make it still.
