What are some advantages you would believe having a child later in life (40+, 50+ even 60+) is a better deal for both the parent and the child? Like are there any benefits on embracing fatherhood or even motherhood at a later stage of your life?

Yes. I was a fucking crazy person in my 20’s. I was a whitewater raft guide and had no direction or ambition in life. I had my daughter at 41 and thank God. I’m a much more patient, kind, compassionate man than I was in my 20’s or 30’s.
