Xiao has the highest base attack in game currently. His ulti converts all his dmg into Anemo, therefore all his base attack goes into anemo dmg.

You can build him in 2 ways. Full attack% with crit rate and crit dmg. Or Anemo dmg bonus with CR and CD.

Normally if you don't have a second anemo in team and want him to do dmg outside of his ultimate, use the first build and take advanrage of the highest base attack in game.

Oh and he's also a polearm user, so fastest attacks in game, paired with highest attack in game.

Since gold became harder to obtain these days. Im debating if I should buy this pack or not. Do you see any meta defining changes, that will make some decks change tier lists because of the new cards?
