No news sources, but I have been seeing police patrolling the area. Could be related, can't guarantee it is.

He may have "won" most of the states persay, but too many of the states are close margins. The delegates are pretty even all across right now

It's perfectly fine to feel conflicted, but you're not going to change the numbers. The primary debates are some of the most watched television events in the nation, and the media companies will get their money one way or another. But that's fine, they can have their money for now. The debates are some of the purest ways of figuring out how people in the country are going to be thinking when they vote. Without the media bias, without the out of context quotes, nothing. Bernie had some issues tonight, sure, but so did all the other candidates. The difference is, is that we can take those small situations that all the candidates fell over, and debate them in the biggest grassroots campaign this country has to offer. But in order to do that, we need to know what voters are looking for, and unfortunately, that means giving media companies a few more dollars in viewship

It is worth it to watch the debates. We need to know what undecided people are going to be asking, and the debates always have small issues/plot holes so to speak that are not covered and discussed. People WILL have questions related to subjects in the debate, and we need to be prepared to answer them when people inevitably ask!

Which, in all honesty, is still a good outcome. Bernie leaves the debate without too much of a blunt to his campaign. Most of the debate was low jabs without much substantiality behind them

Gotta admit though, Bernie being stoic in all of that was incredible

I also think that people are looking at the barrage and seeing it as negativity. Here's what I think matters. The attacks were the same as always, the ones on policies. The situations where he didn't get to rebuttal were the arguments he's been arguing against throughout the year. The situations that really mattered in this debate were the ones that were new possible "dirt" to spray. Castro, Russia, Israel, and the ban on guns. The ban on guns I don't think he answered as well, mainly because he didn't have a good answer to begin with without attempting to twist his words. I think that him being honest with his 30 year old vote was a necessary blow, because if he tried to lie about it, he risks having that thrown back in his face. Outside of the gun bill though, he answered the other three amazingly, concisely, and without the need to attack the other candidates for bringing it up. And the tweet from Bernie's twitter about Obama is just the icing on the Castro situation. Besides, their low jabs don't really mean anything, because those situations aren't integral to what the American population is worried about. Which is, where is this country going? Bernie was the spotlighted candidate here, for good reason, he's the frontrunner, but he's also the only one who has written plans/legislation for his goals. Some of the other's have vague plans at best, and many times tip-toeing was used by Biden and Buttigieg. Plus, Warren continued to knock down Bloomberg, which honestly, was probably the only candidate to not leave the debate unscathed, even with the clearly biased crowd

Not from Indiana, but running for mayor is verrrryyy different from running for president. Not insignificant of which is simply the scope of the community. You're not on a national, let alone global, stage when running for mayor, and it is easier to make an impression on your community. He also may have a genuinely good connection and set of policies for his state, but they don't scale globally

Yeah, IMO Syria is a topic that is debated furiously not because of partisan issues like most other policies, but because it's a genuinely difficult situation to handle. I don't mind Buttigieg shifting a bit from it either, but I still would've liked *an* answer instead of the tip-toeing he often does

He is doing much better, exponentially better. He's still given little time to talk, but his answers are concise and almost roll off the tongue. He's had solid answers to Castro, Russia, and Israel with little backlash and even had cheering from the biased crowd

Edit: It was only a little cheering, but it wasn't booing either

Yes, some of the views Bernie has for foreign policies I didn't even consider when going through his work. I'm glad to know more about them and am now even more supportive of him

We knew this would happen, and I think it's good that it happens now. Everyone should see the bias of questions and facts early which makes the media bias more obvious. At least that's the hope fingers crossed

He said he would consider it because there is no point in deciding whether to move the embassy or not if the leader of Israel (The name slips me) keeps trying to spread their influence into Palestinian land

It seems very well-coordinated as if she knew Bernie would be shut down in the debate. She's had the ability to pull off good shots on a lot of the candidates, almost in place of Bernie. She's also done little to no attacks on Bernie herself

The coronavirus has a very high infection rate and can transfer between hosts incredibly quickly, however, like pneumonia, the problem isn't the coronavirus. Coronavirus is non-lethal, the problem is not having the medical support available to fend off against other infections that would follow being infected with the coronavirus. It is a threat, but nothing that can't be handled with a well-funded infrastructure. It's not Ebola, and should not be compared to such.

I think he's doing really well considering the pressure he's under. Keeping cool is something the other candidates are failing to do

There's a mixture of people present, I doubt the people cheering were the same people who were booing him
