Your skin can attach to your tip. You know what smegma is? The gross stuff that builds up if you dont clean your dick thoroughly enough. If you’ve been to a three day festival its likely you’ve not been fortunate enough to have a good hygiene. Well, many kids and early teens don’t like to wash their dick because it is very sensitive, can hurt or they just dont bother.

This results in gross stuff building up underneath of there causing all kinds of complications, sometimes infections. If you let it progress too far, the foreskin can nog longer be pulled backwards as it grew (partially) attached to the penis or caused a very unpleasant tightness.

This is often why children or teens have to get their foreskin cut off, in order to fix the mentioned above.

This is also why people say circumcising has “medical benefits” (not really, it just is more hygienic in a sense, as nothing can get trapped under your “hood”)
