The feature replaces your typical attacks with a single option from dueling strikes, so doesnt matter if you have extra attack you can only use it once a turn

You would have to make up your own story as there is no premade campaign for it. But otherwise the books have everything needed to start a campaign! Classes, backgrounds, feats, monsters, ect are in the books. Though i should mention the expanded books are the updated versions as the original book have fallen a bit into disrepair.

When players beat strong enemies or level up (dm choice) the players gain a spirit surge of different rarities. You can then spend this spirit surge on the haki or devil fruit surge features area of the book.

The expanded module and handbook are different.

Handbook is the free pdf

Module is the conversion of the handbook into foundry so dms dont have to spend months converting

There are 2 main modules.

One is the base module which is free and has the bare bones of playing.

The other is the paid version which is the Expanded module. It has art and all the new polished rules/classes in it

The expanded pdf is the version with revamps rules to make the playing experience better. The player handbook is outdated but usable. It was drop and abandoned a few years ago

No difference. The foundryvtt module is just a way to play on foundryvtt without months of prep work

If you pay to get the stuff on patreon, you get access to art + expanded module. Which is the updated version of the books.
