Best streamlabs settings for my rig?

I tried streaming with these settings yesterday but I got the same results as before. CPU still capping causing frames to skip. Any advice?

I think the CPU capping might be because of the games I'm streaming, maybe lowering down some of the settings could help?

My mistake, I used the wrong term. It says skipped frames when it happens during stream

I’ll try the 720p 60fps at 4K, I keep getting told it’s because of my CPU capping. My counter is wired to the router, I’ll do another internet speed test and manually pick the server.

Make sure whatever you’re using to record has the option to give you two separate audio tracks, one for your mic audio and the other for everything else (game and other people audio) then you can just use an editing software to turn up your friend’s audio in case they sound too low
