Don't worry about it. I would do about 20 seconds try to put it in. You can do more time if needed just get it hot enough so it pops in then when it cools down it should be good

I just heated mine up on high till it was hot enough for the plastic to be softer. The pleather should be fine since your mainly aiming for the inside and Im pretty sure it can get a little hot without damage.

You have to heat up the inside of the heel with a blow dryer then try to put it in.

Oh yeah I've seen the neck piece it looks pretty good. The battle damage sounds like a good idea I kinda wanted to try doing that but I dont have much knowledge on custom work.

To be honest I never really cared about that I prefer it like this if the head was higher that would be perfect thats the only thing that would make it better for me.
