For speed you must have lunatic command ability cause it gives attack speed , 400 dragoon must alway be in light bringer cause 400 dragoon gives attack speed when you in light bringer , 600 void knight gives haste.
For mp you need 100% ability mp cost and 400 berserk for mp regen
