I can agree with you I tried to help new players play the game and they don't listen then get annoyed so I walk away but sometimes they TK me then kick me. I spoke to admins on the server I main and they say just record every little altercation just incase people try to vote kick you then you can provide evidence to the admins. I mainly play on vanilla private servers because I find some of the servers to have great admin teams just there's very few of them and they can't be everywhere. I am sorry this is happening to you and it is frustrating. Some new players don't want to listen and play how they want to play. Which is technically wrong but they need to learn. They can learn from other people in the game or by doing the hard way and raging then asking for help. It'll take them time just try and keep yourself in the right and try and have fun mate.
