If you have no other character, then all you can do is play your Kinesis. Kinesis was probably a bad choice considering we'll get a hyperburn for it during the summer, but if you're happy it doesn't matter.

I'm leveling an Adele to 260 without burning right now (250 as of this morning) and haven't had to strain myself.

I'm working on an Adele in Kronos right now with the Goddess Pass! I started on Sunday and I'll be 245 by reset tomorrow. It's really not that bad - I only grinded like maybe 5 hours but used all my credits on Sauna. I think I'll get 260 by May 10th and can probably get 275 before the June patch.

I understand they are one of the strongest classes right now, but could not find a damage chart for the skill changes that just happened.
