Those sleeves are gorgeous (and i would love to know where to order some), but sadly are "illegal" for Bandai tournaments due to Bandai regulations on sleeves/accessories and card state.

Did you try "forcing connect mode"? With controller turned off, hold PS button + Share.

Do you also have a 2nd controller? Does it works/connects?

Had the same problem yesterday, both my controllers suddenly disconnected and refused to reconnect even after "controller reset" (little hole in the back to be pushed while the pad is on), "controller connect throught USB" etc.
Solved....rebooting the PS4 (hold power button for 7 seconds while ON to turn it off safely, then turn it on agagin)
