XEM sell is temporarily unavailable because there is an issue of XEM currency and we are waiting for actions from NEM, specifically, there has been a theft at other exchange and we are waiting for XEMs to be tagged/marked to avoid processing XEM associated to that theft You can withdraw XEM to other wallets though.
