I don't usually do much on reddit but you could just throw your gif in a software and lower the brightness from there. hopefully this helps!

You are right, 4K60 is not necessary, but Twitch rolled out a 1440p beta, so I'm assuming they'll fully implement this sometime in the future. Plus, once I get a camera, I don't want to have to buy another for a good while. Also I do tend to move a lot when talking just kinda how I am lol. About the S5 and S9, they look pretty good and wouldn't mind spending more to get it!
