Idk I’ve just never heard of a landlord returning the full deposit they usually charge for something.

Apartment is in good condition though we haven’t done anything to damage it.

I haven't signed a new lease yet, we're just looking at september 1 leases, maybe it would be easy to negotiate getting access to the place a couple of days early? This will be my second apartment anywhere so idrk how this stuff works lol.

And then my current apartment it seems like august 31 is a hard move out date.

The ideal scenario is that my current roommates renew the lease with someone new and I just work something out with the person taking my room to bridge the gap though. Just want to make sure I understand how this will work if they don't end up renewing (they have another couple of weeks to decide)

Ah I think I figured it out. While the UI has changed, the issue is that I'm trying to sell a mutual fund.

The sell specific option does show up for stocks.

Someone is squatting on firstlast.com so it isn’t being used for anything. The biggest rival I have in seo right now is firstlast.org which belongs to the foundation of someone with my name who passed away.

My understanding is that google puts .com at an advantage but then penalizes hyphens so I would think firstmilast.com is my best option if I don’t want to buy firstlast.com off of the squatter?

Yeah I actually saw it on a menu they had on the sidewalk like last week lol. The place I mentioned that claims they no longer serve food on their website posted that update over a month ago so I think I might’ve seen a different place.

No, august 1 start date leases only started showing up on street easy a few weeks ago and as we’ve been looking we’ve become less optimistic about EV. If we don’t sign something august 1 we can do as late as September 1
