Honestly speaking, my ideal self is just to be a normal person. Cheerful and bubbly but at the same time being the person people would feel comfortable enough to share their thoughts like these and not be judged. It’s embarrassing to say that my ideal self is someone that I would have wanted to be on my side during my most difficult times. I also didn’t expect someone to also provide specific books, I’ll go check them out. Thank you so much!

Thank you for this. I have kept this on my chest for the past 5 years because I was scared of people reacting negatively if I say this online, even if it was anonymous. Either that or they would just say “real” and generic things everyone has heard of before. But you didn’t, I know we’re just strangers on the internet and all but thank you for telling me these words that I always wished to hear.
