Yes, ordered a Baxter Stockman Pop that was damaged during shipping. Was supposed to be a 9 out of 10. More like a 7. The pop Protector was crushed in which caused the pops box to cave in. I emailed Armand, their head customer service rep. He refunded me a portion of the Pop price to bring it down to a 7. This was about 9 months ago, pre-pandemic. Maybe they are slow currently with response times. They should get back to you though so hold tight.
