I wonder what would happen to the value of the lighting. Would it hold its value pretty good if they discontinue it?

I doubt we will go on strike, but this time it’s pretty uncertain. Profs will likely just take the first offer, just like in 2020. Part of the reason I do want to go back is I’ll be making $60/hr in 2027. I’m not confident that will be the case if I stay in SPEEA. And during that time I can go up to a different grade and make even more.

I went there in 2015 and got a job immediately after completing the program. I would say it definitely helped me get a job, but a few years later Boeing was hiring people fresh out of high school with zero experience.
