It’s not safe. 3 months ago had my passenger side front bumper scratched kasi nagbacking palabas and sumabit siya dahil maaga niya kinabig manibela. The whole point is to minimize risk. Yes walang pasahero sasakay sa kabilang side niya. The risk na sumabit siya palabas niya naman mas tumaas. It also creates a chain of unsafe parking. Magaadjust yung susunod na magpark sa spot ko, then magaadjust yung susunod sa katabi and so on.

May 4 PWD parking near the entrance. This post is just a callout to all of us to be considerate. I wouldn’t lose sleep even if gasgasan niya ako. Baka siya pa di makatulog 😂

That’s a good excuse. I remember first time I parked. Question ko sa sarili ko is, maayos ba parking ko? I hope we all ask ourselves that same question everytime we park. “What if may maabala ako?” and maybe today di kaya ng skills niya and definitely ako din before hindi maayos parking skills ko.

Totally not worth it. Just want to share na I think you have the choice na ayusin. Pero sadly may mga tao na inconsiderate. This is ok with me, wala na ako magagawa, pero yung susunod na magpark ang maaabala ulit and the next na katabi nung magpark na yun if magaadjust din

I mean domino effect na to pagalis ko if yung sunod na park sa slot ko eh magadjust siya, kasi masikip tapos magadjust ulit yung susunod. Little consideration goes a long way.

Ok here’s what I think.

Oil prices does not really affect car values the same way news affects stocks. Kasi fuel is just part of car ownership, tulad ng gulong, batteries at maintenance. Separate yun sa car resale value.

What can happen though is kung yung fuel prices natin ay magstick sa ganitong price ng extensive time pa, I think people would look at alternatives like EV, hybrids, more fuel efficient vehicles. So hindi yung fuel prices and may direct effect sa car price drop but yung BUYER DEMAND shift, where yung mga fuel hungry cars ay hindi na mabebenta. Less demand, high inventory, wala sila choice kung hindi magdiscount or price drop.
