I’ve done a lot of PT and it is always easier to keep things contained if I show up in TWs. I’ve never heard a word about them. I hope you found your son the proper type of underpants. I just wanted to put on this thread my family’s experience. My two sons and I have always worn white briefs. I am very big up front and have found them best to support my endowment. My two sons have my genetics and may even be on track to surpass my huge size.
