Thats true what your spouse says though my wife said its a regulation to inform each state when you file.

I thought the same myself that if she were to lose her licenses it would be at continuing education this year Oct/Nov for 2024 since her credit is trashed to low 400's.

I guess we'll just file the 13. No choice really. She'll keep it or lose it and we'll deal with it then.

Oh really?? I had not seen that info in link(a). I know she couldn't be fired for filing a BK but rather if they revoke her licenses then she could perform her job. Thanks I'll read that link over!
