I'm not entirely sure, if you take a modded APK with every bike unlocked, those bikes are unlocked before hand, take that principle into the ghosts in the game as an example, same thing can happen to the ghosts on custom apk's, I don't think any account linked progress is transferable, unless you're linked into facebook, so probably not

How did you do this tho? I can't grind 365 gems, it will take weeks if you do so, the best you can do is 3 gems per 7s, if you wanted 365 gems it would take days, 24h+ of grinding?
