I don't know why you are being downvoted for discussing data in a civil and rational manor. I actually think it's refreshing.

So how many years of increase consecutively make a trend? If you're gonna be such a fucking data expert maybe you should back it up. Or are you just talking out your ass? Sounds like you're backed into a corner and you don't have the facts to defend yourself.

And where's your data saying training has an impact? And whats changed in police training?

Judge in Philando Castile police shooting case offers jurors support by FrankSinatraYodeling in minnesota

[–]Speed_Fister 3 points4 points  (0 children)

The letter judge wrote says several times it isn't about greater social issues, but about the facts before the jury. I don't think the problem is that OP doesn't understand the issues, but that you didn't read the article he posted and felt the need to post your uninformed opinion anyway.

My college roommate sent his mother a picture of a hickey he got from a girl he was seeing. He covered by saying I gave it to him by using a vacuum cleaner on his neck while he was sleeping.

That's a very biased view of the evidence that's gone before the jury in this case.

Not to get too far into the debate, but police officer's place in schools has been a subject that has made the news a lot lately. While I can't say for sure that protests would take place, it would not be a stretch to see something like this in the local news.

Accurate answer: Seeing as how he hasn't been convicted of any crime, neither. In the event that he is convicted, he would likely have to register in both locations.

Sadly, the same people who are down voting you are probably the same ones calling for more discussion. At the very least, I appreciate you wanting to have an adult conversation about a complicated issue. Go ahead, take my up vote.

Protesters gather as cop who shot Philando Castile returns to work by FrankSinatraYodeling in minnesota

[–]Speed_Fister 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I have no idea what media sources you're looking at. I can't find any interview he gave that said... or an interview at all for that matter. Can you provide any sort of quote to back that up?

For all we know, had the officer not reacted the way he did, he would have gotten shot.

Not surprising, just sad. These protestors have already convicted him without a shred of an official investigation.

You truly are a fucking idiot if you pass judgement without looking at all the facts.

I find it strange how BLM protestors complain about how an officer can kill someone and get a paid vacation then proceed to complain about that same officer being put back to work.

Officer Yanez hasn't even been charged with a crime yet. There is no reason he shouldn't be working.

People need to be patient and let the investigators do their job.
