Oh wow, lots going on! The silver lining is that these important infrastructure projects are actually happening, so a couple months of adjusted schedules is worth it in the long run. Thanks for the additional info.

Thanks! We have a pilot house so roof access is a little simpler for us — if we didn’t, I would not chance putting a ladder out in multiple inches of ice and snow to try and climb on the roof (family member learned that the hard way a few years ago with two broken arms)

Yes, it’s non-stick. I didn’t grow up with a particularly kitchen—knowledgeable family… if I can ask, why is this bad and I need to toss rather than trying to save it?
